What we collect

• The Safaricom number you ask us to reward.
• The bundle you choose and the amount you pay.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp or Messenger: your chat ID, phone number, and the messages needed to place the order.

Why

We use this to sell Bingwa Sokoni bundles and to complete the award on the Safaricom network. We do not sell this data.

Who else sees it

Meta delivers WhatsApp and Messenger traffic. Safaricom receives the number and product so the bundle can be awarded. Hosting and payment processors see what they need to run the shop.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for fulfilment, disputes, and the law. Chat logs are kept only as long as they are useful for that order.

Delete your data

Message us on the same channel you used, or email hello@sizedbyte.ke, and ask us to delete your number and order history. We will remove what we can, except records we must keep.
